A comprehensive Bio-psychosocial Assessment will provide valuable subjective and objective information to effectively identify conditions for treatment, treatment options available at Wise Mind LCSW that can address your condition(s), and enable you and your Wise Mind therapist to agree on a course of treatment. Pricing: Individual Assessment- $170/1.0hours Couple Assessment- $185/1.5hours Family Assessment- $185/1.5hours
